Foreign Harbors II
Merker's Outpost — Book 4
Posted: 05-25-2019. Traveling through space for long distances was what sleep pods were designed for, to eliminate boredom. However, some preferred the challenges each unexplored section of space offered and as the crew in the Rouster proved, there were few dull moments. Now a crew of four, the women were interested in staying far enough ahead of two larger ships that were showing over protectiveness with their captains while some members of their crew saw mixing with two of Rouster's members a relief of their boredom.
Vampire Business
Helen Vincente — Book 2
Helen Vincente awakened from hibernation vulnerable — an assassin had infused her depleted body with tainted blood. After surviving a siege by the psychotic vampire Mueller, the last of the tainted blood was finally expelled from her cells. In exchange for her healing, Helen owes a favor to Tilda's leadership: mentoring their talented but impulsive clan member, Bertie. Now Helen's cross-country journey consists of two vampires on a road trip in a motorhome with two mortals handling the day-to-day — tasked by their respective clan councils to locate a missing VIP and uncover the names he was gathering.
Scandalous Friends
Susan Nicolas was beginning to find her father's restrictions on her life — without the benefit of feeling valued in the family business — tempting her to leave town and explore her erotic dreams. Before she could cut those family ties, she was caught up in a scandal her father forced her to face. Miserable at the ire directed at her rather than her rapist, she decided to leave Colima and hunt down the woman she had met. Originally published as Queen's Lane.
Cot MacDiarmid
Cot MacDiarmid is taller than most of her species — the Mulands of homeplanet Maridoileag. Past marriageable age but not yet old enough to make clan decisions, she defied expectations when a child shepherd with no access to the wider world was granted an education off-planet. Mentored through the diplomatic academy and into the military space academy, she graduated days before war was declared across space sectors. She rose from ensign to Captain during the war, then transferred to special forces as Lieutenant Colonel and Squad Leader to 12 SID pilots. Mulands proved ideal pilots for sentient spaceships — and Cot's mission is to spread across space sectors, mapping the unknown and gathering intelligence for Star Force HQ before reaching her new home port.
Calose
Chronicles of the Hunters — Book 1
Calose awakened but remained still as her senses continued to track the new noise. Something heavy was dropped but not from a great height. Without having to strain her hearing, wheezing and a particular mechanical sound came from nearby. It was a Scathion, probably 260 version — a robot not a threat unless an unauthorized person tried to remove what it was entrusted with. She remained still, knowing it had registered her presence and added her to its possible threat list.
The Wesley
Chronicles of the Hunters — Book 2
After the Space Wars, vast regions opened to both honest and dubious ventures. Into this unsettled era arose Der Jägers — the Hunters — highly specialized treasure seekers who pursued rare artifacts. It was into this strange world that the Wesley, once a military mobile spaceship repair vessel, unexpectedly fell. Entrusted to a former Spaceforce captain known for intelligence and fairness, the Wesley would navigate the politics of planets and spaceports, turn a profit, and eventually earn ownership of the ship.

Saying Goodbye to Caline
Leona Bestolie — Book 2
Lonnie Bestolie replayed the message she had recently received: "Heard you were retiring. Stop by and say hello. CCC." It offered no clue about what Caline wanted to discuss. Caline, a Rudian, had recruited Lonnie into an unusual path in life—one Lonnie had never regretted. Amant was Caline's home planet, a closed society apart from a few cities opened for intergalactic trade. The honor of being invited had her curious.
A Side Trip
Leona Bestolie — Book 3
Lonnie smiled. There was so much strangeness and mystery out in space, so why would she want to settle down before seeing more of what was out there? HQ didn't give her a specific time to be debriefed.
On Space Station Pour S'Amuser
Leona Bestolie — Book 4
"The controls are responding slowly. I don't think the environmental system is the real issue. I'm heading for the nearest space station," Muto said. "Which station?" "Pour S'Amuser. I hope we can make it there under our own power, but…" "Isn't that some kind of amusement park?" "Yeah. We shouldn't be able to get into trouble there while the ship's being repaired." The amusements could be almost anything, designed as they were for a galaxy full of species seeking relaxation.
Tanzinia
Leona Bestolie — Book 5
The Ranch Almhomena on Tanzinia had once been one of Lonnie's favorite stops during her travels aboard the spaceship cruise liner Earl Gray. Over the years, Dr. Cora, an admirer of Lonnie's work, became a close friend. Now retired and free of any schedule, Lonnie looked forward to visiting Cora without worrying about returning to the Earl Gray. Instead, her hopes for a relaxing stay quickly gave way to the realities of politics and marital discord.
Home and a New Life
Leona Bestolie — Book 6
Kromeg, Leuwig and Herling's shuttle approached the red cliffs at a slower speed, close to the ground, allowing its passengers a view of the open land they would be calling their home.
A Shake Down Cruise
Leona Bestolie — Book 7
The Belgium Queen, a luxurious spaceship for company owners and clients, was little more than a new toy to Lonnie's security chief, Crackle. It was a welcome thank-you gift from Ridy, a close friend who owned one of many companies producing reliable security electronics across multiple planets. Joining Crackle was Cookie, who was eager to explore the galley aboard such an opulent ship. For the three of them, the trip was meant to be a simple joyride — but fate had other plans. Diverted by a request from Crackle's father to inspect security on Cosmo, the infamous Planet of Fantasy, Lonnie and Cookie waited aboard the Belgium Queen while Crackle completed her inspection. Once again, fate intervened, and all three found themselves facing the planet's darker, harsher, and far less pleasurable side.

Weird Partnerships
